Gentle art-making for self-expression and calm connection.

Our monthly Art Club in Eastleigh offers a relaxed space for neurodivergent adults to explore creativity in a way that feels good. Each session invites playful mark-making through activities like doodling, Zentangle-inspired drawing, and watercolour washes. There’s no pressure to finish anything — just time to connect, unwind, and make art in your own way.

  • Held the last Tuesday of every month in Eastleigh in Wells Place.

  • £5 per session — if this is a barrier, please still get in touch

  • All materials provided

  • Co-held by people with lived experience

  • Flexible, sensory-aware environment
